Terms
Last updated: July 9, 2026
These Terms and Conditions explain how you may use the AIS Web Studio website and how our web design, development, SEO, branding, and related digital services are handled. By using this website or requesting a project, you agree to these terms.
1. About AIS Web Studio
AIS Web Studio provides website design, website development, search engine optimization, website strategy, content layout, and related digital services. Any project details, pricing, timeline, deliverables, and payment terms will be confirmed separately in writing before work begins.
2. Website Use
You may browse this website, review our services, view portfolio examples, and contact us about a project. You agree not to misuse the website, attempt to damage it, copy protected content without permission, submit false information, or use the website for unlawful or harmful activity.
3. Quotes, Proposals, and Project Scope
Quotes and proposals are based on the information available at the time they are prepared. If the project scope changes, additional work may require a revised timeline, revised price, or separate approval. Work outside the agreed scope is not included unless confirmed in writing.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate project information, brand assets, website content, images, access credentials, approvals, and feedback when needed. Delays in providing required materials or approvals may affect the project timeline.
5. Payments
Payment amounts, due dates, deposit requirements, and accepted payment methods will be stated in the project agreement, invoice, or written confirmation. Work may be paused if payments are late. Final files, website launch, or transfer of completed work may depend on full payment being received.
6. Revisions and Approvals
Included revisions will be stated in the project agreement or proposal. Additional revisions, major design changes, new pages, new features, or changes requested after approval may be billed separately. Once a stage is approved, later changes to that approved work may affect cost and timeline.
7. Content, Images, and Rights
Clients must have the right to use any text, images, logos, fonts, videos, files, or other materials they provide. AIS Web Studio is not responsible for copyright, trademark, licensing, or permission issues related to materials supplied by the client.
8. Ownership of Work
After full payment, the client will own the final approved website content and custom design work created specifically for the project, unless another agreement says otherwise. AIS Web Studio may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, templates, frameworks, code libraries, processes, and reusable components used to complete the work.
9. Portfolio Use
Unless agreed otherwise in writing, AIS Web Studio may show completed work, screenshots, project summaries, and client names in its portfolio, case studies, social media, or marketing materials.
10. SEO and Results
SEO work can improve technical structure, content quality, local visibility, and search readiness, but search rankings, traffic, leads, sales, and platform performance cannot be guaranteed. Search engines, advertising platforms, social platforms, hosting providers, and third-party tools may change their rules or results at any time.
11. Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party services such as hosting, domains, plugins, analytics, email platforms, booking tools, payment processors, fonts, maps, or SEO tools. These services may have their own fees, terms, privacy policies, limits, and technical requirements. The client is responsible for maintaining accounts and paying third-party fees unless agreed otherwise.
12. Website Maintenance and Security
Unless a maintenance plan is agreed in writing, ongoing updates, backups, monitoring, plugin renewals, hosting support, security reviews, and post-launch changes are not included after the project is completed. Clients are responsible for keeping their website, hosting, accounts, and passwords secure.
13. Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation and refund terms depend on the project agreement, work completed, time reserved, and expenses already incurred. Deposits, completed work, purchased assets, third-party fees, and approved milestones may be non-refundable.
14. Limitation of Liability
AIS Web Studio is not responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, search ranking changes, platform outages, third-party service failures, or issues caused by client changes, hosting problems, expired services, malware, unauthorized access, or materials supplied by the client.
15. Privacy
Information submitted through this website is handled according to our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy to understand how website information may be collected and used.
16. Changes to These Terms
AIS Web Studio may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new last updated date.
